Hannah (Ann) Patterson Duncan was born in New Rochelle, New York on 28th September 1936 and died peacefully in Lac du Bonnet on 11th March 2024.  She was 87 years old.

Fergus Taylor Duncan was born in Bowling, Scotland on 3rd September 1933 and died peacefully in Lac du Bonnet on 19th February 2024.  He was 90 years old.

They are survived by their daughter Christine, her husband Alex, their son Andrew, and his wife Ishbel and grandsons James, Andrew, and Tom.

Fergus worked as a banker in Scotland and Ann a teacher.  They both moved to Canada in 1988 where they led a very fulfilled life.

A celebration of life for both Fergus & Ann will be held in the Royal Canadian Legion, Lac du Bonnet on Wednesday 27th March 2024 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in their honor to Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 164, Lac du Bonnet, or Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.

Hanna was an amazing person at the personal care home. She loved to dance anytime of the day and she always helped with folding of cloths when she was asked or not. A very beautiful woman and so very kind. My condolences to the family. We miss her dearly .

My deepest sympathies for the immense loss of both Fergus and Ann. Wishing you all strength, support and grace during this time.
I am grateful to have known them both. They have always welcomed me as family and I have many fond memories. I cherish their smiles, warmth and laughter.
