May 29, 1950 – January 22, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Judy Lynn Riley on January 22, 2024 in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 74.
Judy is survived by sister-in-law Nathalie, her nephews Adam, Matthew, Jeffrey (Megane) and their daughter Hailey. She was predeceased by Allan, her life partner, mother Regina, father William, and brother James.
As per Judy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.

Condolences for the family of “Judy Lynn Riley”
My condolences to Judy Riley’s family. I met Know day in the hospital at the Health Science Centre.
We both were having a kidney transplant on the same day.
I called Judy” kidney sister”, we shared a kidney from the same organ donor.
Judy received the right kidney I got the left kidney.
I only knew Judy for a short period of time however she was a very nice, kindly, friendly lady.
She sure loved her hockey, Infact I never met a lady that knew so much of the NHL game. I was so impressed that we got to watch the playoffs together at times. I kept in touch with Judy from June to December through cell phone or texting. I promised her I was taking her to an Oiler / Jet game this season. I know she was looking forward to that game.
Judy rest in peace my kidney sister. You are in a better place now. There is no pain , only happy times are ahead of you.
