Peacefully on Sunday, September 11, 2016, Yvonne Dupont passed away at the age of 92.
To cherish her memory, Yvonne leaves her daughter Carol Smith, granddaughter Lana Gauthier, great grandchildren Justin, Jalyn and Sydney; her brother Henry Alarie, her sister Rita Bernardin and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held for her on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Notre Dame du Laus Roman Catholic Church, Powerview. Interment to follow at Pine Falls Cemetery.
If people so wish, donations may be made in Yvonne’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.

When I worked at Pine Falls Hospital in the 70’s to 80’s, Yvonne was my “boss”. A great lady, she was firm but fair. I enjoyed working with her. My husband had remarked that many years ago when she worked at the old hospital, she had looked after his grandfather there, and he thought she was a good caregiver as well. My sincere condolences to the family.
