Soo Sorry to hear of Wendell’s passing. I know he wasn’t doing well and had been suffering for a long while .. I have known Wendell since 1983-84. We still stayed in touch running into each other at the different Businesses in Beausejour and he frequented Guardian Pharmacy, the place that I work and where he came to see his Dr and get his medications. Wendell’s nephew brought Wendell to Guardian Pharmacy before Christmas and I was able to get a 15-20 minute visit in with him knowing it could possibly be the last time I may see him. I walked him out in his wheelchair to his nephews car gave him a hug and said see you next time. Always had a Big Smile and Friendly conversation, Rip Wendell, You will be missed..

Great uncle Wendell growing up I always heard about you and I believe I did see ya few times as a child. This past summer I got the opportunity to Meet up with you at Tim Hortons in Beausejour and you asked which of the greats I was and I told you I was Linda’s daughter. I had a great visit with you there for sure. Another time I got to see you was a month later at home in Beausejour. I helped you out by washing out your glass and pour you some juice. We visited for a bit and you said that I was a lovely girl. Rest in Peace great uncle Wendell, you are missed.
