Memories of you and Walter are many, but one that stands out in my mind was of you and Wally’s fìrst dance as you waltzed across the floor lost in each other’s LOVING eyes totally oblivious to anyone around you. May every memory of your LOVE sustain you through this difficult time and beyond. Wally is NOT gone, just away. With our deepest sympathy, Valerie and Tony Kent.

Marlene, my sincerest condolences on the passing of Wally. I always enjoyed our encounters, whether it was at the Craft Show or Costco. Our friendship began back in the days of Lazy Nine Fastball, when we would enjoy the games together but more so after, discussing all aspects of the game, in detail! Greater than this, it was then Wally insisted quote, “you have to introduce me to Marlene”, it was at this time my sister Elaine, was close friends with Marlene. Well, the rest is history!
I will always cherish our good times together, and that laugh and sparkle in his eyes, who could ever not like Wally. Wish we could have spent more time together, always considered him a great friend. He will be missed by all.

You had many wonderful years together. I know that you are a strong woman and have a strong faith in the Lord. My brother Roy and sister Irene both passed away in Feb and June of this year. They both were in East Gate.am still in Brandon and now have 19 years marriage to David. My late husband Milt and I were married in 1962 so we would of had lots of years too.
