1931 ~ 2020
Mr. Victor Love, aged 89 years, formerly of Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away peacefully on December 25, 2020 at the Whitemouth Personal Care Home.
He grew up on a farm in the Portage la Prairie area and moved with his parents to Winnipeg. He started playing hockey at a young age eventually playing with the Brandon Wheat Kings. He enjoyed being in the outdoors; hunting, golfing, drinking beer and stoking a fire.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son Greg (Kim); daughter Sandy (Kerry); step-daughter Linda; step son’s Ronnie and Danny; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters .
He was predeceased by his wife Irene in 2012.
Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Society.
