1921 ~ 2012
Tena passed away peacefully at the age of 90 at East Gate Lodge in Beausejour, MB. Tena was born on October 15, 1921 in Thalberg, MB.
She is predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years Adolph, her parents Anton and Nellie Smyrski and siblings Mary, Steve, Paul, Olga, Peter, Mike and Hilary and son in-law Ken.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Elaine Klos of Winnipeg as well as her granddaughter Jennifer Klos of Charleston, South Carolina and grandson Jason Klos of Vancouver, BC. She is also survived by her siblings Pauline, Anne, Joseph, Helen, David, Audrey, Norman and Brian.
A special thanks to the wonderful staff at East Gate Lodge.
As per Mom’s wish, there will be no funeral or memorial service, leaving friends and families to remember her in their own way, in their own time.
