It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Tarah Garand at the young age of 28.
Tarah will be lovingly remembered by her father Robert Garand (Nancy). Mother Maureen Levitt (Chris) and her beautiful daughter Danika who was the apple of her eye. Also left to mourn her passing are grandparents, Olive Garand and Mary & Fred Morin. Sisters Dana Garand, Alyssa Atkins (Jared), Ashley Capner, Autumn Garand, Shyanna & Chrissy Morin. She will also be missed by aunties and uncles, as well as many cousins and dear friends. Tarah was predeceased by her grandfather Armand Garand as well as Jesse Ducharme (Father of Danika)- Tarah’s high school sweetheart.
Tarah enjoyed camping, fishing and quading. Tarah also enjoyed summers in Alberta with her mother. Family gatherings were important to Tarah and she enjoyed every moment she had with them. Tarah was an angel in disguise with her beautiful big brown eyes and lashes. She could make you believe in the world.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Ste. Rita Community Hall, 59078 Ducharme Rd. South, Ste. Rita, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to support Tarah’s daughter, Danika Ducharme’s future and education. This can be done by contacting Alyssa Atkins at 204-930-1468. Other donations may be made to any mental health association or an addictions foundation of your choice.
Tarah there was so many things that are left unsaid or undone. Please know that your memory will live on with us for the rest of our lives. Our hope is that you are now at peace.
