It is with broken hearts we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and son Ronald Chagnon on April 7, 2018 at the age of 62.
He was predeceased by his wife Linda, his father Gerry, and his brother J.R.
He leaves his mother Margaret, as well he will be forever cherished and remembered by his children: Melissa (Steven), Michael (Kristina), Krystal (Tyler), Shane (Amy), Derek (Jessica) and Cory.
He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren: Jason, Jordan, Brayden, Faith, Coleton, Ginger, and Benyt. Karlee, Layla, Kailey, and Aliceson. Ryder, Wyatt, and Blakely. Jacob and Baby. Emmett. Victoria, Kanisha, Keenan and his great granddaughter Kendall.
He is survived by his brothers Paul, Roger and Kelly (Maryanne), sisters Cecile (Randy) and Leona. He will be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A Service will be held on Friday, April 20 at 1:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour.

My deepest Condolences to Ron’s family on his passing. I am sorry I can’t attend tomorrow’s service. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Ron has been a good friend since we were in able to walk and hang together on Popular Avenue in Great Falls. Hung out allot during the teen years and reminisce of those good times. I have never eaten at an apple without thinking if Ron due to antics and innocence of our childhood. My heart is heavy hearing the news of the loss of Ron. Love you Ron and I believe I shall see you again. My love, heartfelt hugs and sorrow is with you all.
