It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother and nanny. Rita Annette Ducharme, aged 80 of Ste. Rita, Manitoba, beloved wife of Earl Ducharme, passed away on September 26, 2012.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Earl, her 6 children, Sharon (Chris), Rocky, Wanda (Hank), Connie, Jeff (Kelli), Vicki (Tom), 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews, whom she loved with all her heart. Mom’s greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family, playing card games, dice, and going to Bingo.
Rita was the last surviving member of her family of 7 siblings.
A Service of Celebration was held on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel in Beausejour, Manitoba. Interment followed at the Ste. Rita Cemetery in Ste. Rita, Manitoba.
