March 13, 1934 ~ June 12, 2018
It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our husband, father and Papa Reinhold.
He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Matilda; brother Herbert; granddaughter Christine; sisters-in-law Doreen, Olga and Katherine; and mother-in-law Martha.
He is survived by his wife Betty of 60 years; children Joan, Norma, Cindy (David), Dale (Sherri); grandchildren Amber (Kevin), David, Christopher (Tasha), Brittany (Sean); great-grandchildren Tyler, Ciara, Silas, Quinn, SJ and Dante; brothers Len, Alfred (Theresa), Willie, Gordon (Elsie), George (Gert); in-laws Vera, Doreen (Edgar) Bruce, Monty (Yvonne) and Stan Monkman; and many numerous nieces and nephews.
Reinhold was born on the family farm in Golden Bay, MB which he loved dearly. Retired from the dairy business in 1997. Recently they sold the farm and moved into town. He had a passion for the farm with the abundance of various animals and horses. He enjoyed working the land and missed doing it.
He spent many years on the Agricultural Board, a board member for the hall, and various many other community organizations. He spent many years bowling and attending bingo.
In his idle retirement years, he busied his time with tending his flowers, watching Coronation Street, various sporting events, and horse shows. He enjoyed visiting with friends and coffee groups.
We would like to thank the Homecare ladies who attended to Roy. We would also like to thank the Beausejour Paramedics and RCMP for their quick response.
Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20 at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Ave. E., Beausejour, MB.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.

All these years later…I can still hear him; but he would smile first then speak; if he had some to say or a joke to tell. Like a father, friend.. I miss him. My love and thoughts to all the family, always.
