Peter Zacharias, aged 82 years, of Beausejour, MB, peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Beausejour Health Centre.
Peter leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Anne of 53 years, his daughter Corinne (Paul) and son Cam (Jill), grandchildren Clinton, Victoria, Lauren and Andrew, nine sisters, five brothers and many nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his parents Henry and Mary, nine siblings and granddaughter Allora.
A Celebration of Peter’s Life will be held on Wednesday, May 18 at 1:30 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour.

My thoughts are with you all during this very difficult time. Stay strong and remember, they never truly leave us. I’m slowly realizing that. I will not be able to attend the service but will be thinking of you all.

Anne was my teacher at ValleyField for 3 years. Peter came along later to coach our famous fastball team- The Glencross Eagles. I treasure my memories of you
