It is with the deepest sorrow that our family announces the passing of Frederick Victor Emanuel Koster. Fred passed peacefully on the Koster farm with family surrounding him on August 12, 2022 at 7:00p.m. at the age of 86. Fred would have turned 87 August 31st. William was born in Winnipeg on January 4, 1965, and was moved into foster care as an infant.
