Our sincere condolences in Peter’s passing. He was a kind and gentle man. Peter and Norman were on various church committees for at least 30 years and he will be truly missed.

We are very sorry to hear of Peter’s passing. Donnie got to know Peter when he was hired to work for him in the RIS Branch at WNRE. Peter was strict, but fair, and Donnie had the utmost respect for him. In later years, we always enjoyed our chats with him at FSNA meetings or in one of the stores or restaurants in Lac du Bonnet. Oh Shirley I am so sorry to hear of Peter’s passing. My memories of him from when I was a teenager on the fire department – he pushed me hard to train and I so respected him.
You were both always so kind to us. We will miss him dearly.

Saddened to hear about the passing of Mr. Peter Cliche. My thoughts are with Maureen and her family. I knew Mr. Cliche when I was a teenager and a Cadet with the Pinawa Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Cliche was really good to the young members of the Fire Department. An exceptional role model, intelligent, genuine well intended and kind hearted. He had more confidence in us kids than we had in ourselves at that time in our lives and that was huge for most of us. R.I.P.
