1950 – 2020
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Murielle Levreault, with her husband by her side, on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at her home in the R.M. of Lac Du Bonnet.
Murielle will be lovingly remembered by her husband Roger of 51 years, children Julie-Ann (Bill) and their children Leanne and Joshua, Paul (Chelsea Desbois) and his children Nicholas and Nathalie, Patrick and his children Kendra, Liam and Cameron. She is also survived by her mother Lucille, 13 siblings and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Murielle was predeceased by her dad Gilbert and will be welcomed with open arms in heaven by her very best friend Angèle Ross.
Murielle had a welcoming and loving spirit, would go out of her way to help everybody, and lived for her children and grandchildren. She had a passion for collecting various things like angels, Swarovski Crystal and antiques. She liked the simple things in life like hanging laundry on the line outside, being with her family at home, and cooking meals. Mom’s green thumb was very evident as her home was filled with beautiful plants that flourished under her care and will be most remembered for her homemade bread and cinnamon buns. Mom cherished her daily conversations with Lucie, Eva and Elaine, who were always there for her.
The family would like to thank the RCMP, first responders and neighbours Julie and Mike Enns, for their care given to Murielle.
As per Murielle’s wishes cremation has taken place and a formal service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Murielle’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or the Canadian Diabetes Association.

Losing someone so dear to you and others near and far is never easy. Your heart hurts and they aren’t there to take that hurt away. Auntie Muriel was the glue that held everyone and everyone together, always put everyone first .. she helped me out with knowledge, and experience. Her voice of reason. I would call her and ask questions she always took the time to answer. Love you ,I will miss you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I have many great memories of you mom, her numbing around in her little blue car, a kitchen that always had goodies in it and most importantly…never leave without a hug!! Even if you weren’t a “hugger” so to speak she always managed to sneak one in.. Blessings to all of you.
Rosanne and Dennis Wasylyniuk.
