I was blessed to work with Melanie in Rankin inlet and she became a very cherished friend. She was a truly exceptional person. She lived her family and cherished her kids and grandkids. I remember how her face would light up as she showed me the latest pictures and videos! She was a beacon of positivity and was always there with a smile and encouragement when someone needed it. She was also very mischievous and her and my husband Phil planned more than one caper on unsuspecting victims in rankin! She will be deeply missed by her co-workers at EPLS and I will miss having her steady presence in my life. My deepest condolences to her family at this difficult time.

I loved working with Mel at EPLS and was so saddened to hear of her passing. Mel was the kindest person and was always ready a smile or a cheeky comment or both! She will be missed dearly here at the office. I never imagined she wouldn’t be back here in the office again. Much love to her friends and family in this difficult time.
