1943 ~  2012

Mr. Lawrence Letwin passed away peacefully at the Beausejour Hospital on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at the age of 68.  He was born and raised in Thalberg, MB.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 41 years Betty (nee Soluk) and his son Daniel John.  He is also survived by his sisters Helen and Winnie and his brother Clarence, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his parents John and Anne, his sisters June and Marie, his brothers Paul and Richard and nephew Alan.

Funeral Liturgy was celebrated on Friday, August 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Thalberg, MB with interment following in the Parish Cemetery.  Prayers were sung on Thursday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour.
