Sorry to here of his passing , I remember him and you when I used to come and visit my mom Alice Leclerc when she worked for you at Gateway , I remember her telling me that Vicki and Lawrence were the best owners she ever worked for . Deepest sympathy from the Leclerc family.

Words cannot express the sadness I feel at losing my most favorite Uncle. Some how I thought he would be here forever. He was always ready for a good ribbing and could both take it and give it with a good sense of humor. He was kind and caring for all those in his life and never had bad things to say about anyone. And he loved to eat! Especially my Aunty Vicki’s cooking (well who wouldn’t). He wore many hats in his life and seemed to enjoy them all. I am so very sorry for all of you. Such a great loss. And to you Uncle Larry, fill up that plate as high as you want, and enjoy. See you again in heaven.

I am so sad to hear of Uncle Lawrence passing and can empathize how difficult a time you are having now. I will always know Uncle Lawrence for his great sense of humour, admirable work ethic and love of the outdoors. I remember fondly the big dinners we’d have that followed with Dad and Uncle Lawrence crashing on the couch. He had much pride in doing a good job at things like laying out a great meal when visiting his restaurant. It was an event visiting him there. Hang on to all the memories he gave you Auntie Vicki, Kim and Darryl. My condolences to you and the family.

I am sad to hear of Uncle Lawrence passing. My condolences to you and family, Kim and Joel, Darryl and Kerri and grandsons. When I was little, I so looked forward to our families visits on weekends. There was always a genuine welcoming and good times and laughter – Uncle seemed to always find a reason to laugh. He was a hard worker and he made a good home for his family. I admire him for that.
