JULY 17, 1944 ~ DECEMBER 11, 2020
It is with great sadness that the family of Kenneth Mazur announce his passing, at 76 years of age, on December 11, 2020 at the Seven Oaks General Hospital with his wife at his bedside.
Ken was predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Annie Mazur, as well as his youngest son, Glen, who would have been waiting with open arms to welcome his Dad into Heaven.
Left to cherish Ken’s memory are his loving wife, Valerie; son, Dean; sister, Ethel Wilchynski (Joe) and their children and grandchildren; brother, Al Mazur (Gerrie) and their son, Darryl (who Ken always thought of as his 3rd son); members of Valerie’s family; cousins and friends.
For the past four and a half years Ken was receiving Hemodialysis treatments at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. The family would like to thank all the Doctors and staff working in the Dialysis Units 1 & 4 for their kindness and compassion. Ken said the staff looking after him in Dialysis were angels whose wings were covered by lab coats and scrubs.
Ken loved going to the farm on weekends with Dean and spending time with Al and Darryl while there, cutting grass and doing small repairs when he was still able.
Ken worked for Allied Farm Equipment/Farm King/John Buhler Inc. for 45 years.
Ken wanted to be buried near his parents at the St. Peter and St. Paul Roman Catholic Cemetery in Ladywood, Manitoba. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a small family graveside service will be held.

Auntie Val and Dean we are so sad to hear about Uncle Ken’s passing. Mike has the best memories of summers spent with you all on the farm. You were like second parents to him. We send our love and condolences to you both. God’s word says that death is an “Enemy” and you know that’s so true. It also promises a time when “death will be no more” (Revelation 21:4) I hope you can find joy in beautiful memories of Ken.
