1948 ~ 2021
It is with a broken heart I announce the peaceful passing of my beloved husband, Keith Raynor, who passed at St. Boniface Hospital on July 29, 2021, at the age of 73.
He was predeceased by his parents Don and Doris; his sister Pat Bake and his in-laws Mike and Marg Kizlik as well as his nephew Trevor Bake.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Elaine (nee Kizlik) and his sister Susan (Brian) Colli. He will be dearly missed by his special Big sister Evelyn and special uncle Johnny, as well as numerous friends and family.
Keith had a big presence. He was always the first to help anyone who needed it. He didn’t hesitate to lend a hand for whatever task was at hand. He will be remembered for his lectures on every thing and this was only because he cared. The cabin was his happy place where he enjoyed tinkering and putzing about. He wouldn’t sit still for a minute. Keith was a collector, he had a bit of everything. People would stop by Keith’s Hardware before they’d head to the city and he would never disappoint.
He had a special bond with his cousin Brian, they were two peas in a pod.
A special thank you to the doctors and staff at St. Boniface ICU-E2 for their outstanding care and compassion shown to Keith.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the St. Boniface Hospital ICU-E2 Department.
The family welcomes you to a come and go luncheon that has been planned to celebrate Keith’s life on Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 2 – 5 p.m. at Elmhurst Golf and Country Club; 23113 Garven Road PR213, Springfield, MB. Those planning to attend the luncheon, we respectfully request to R.S.V.P. to rsvp.raynor@gmail.com

I am offering my condolences to both Elaine and Brian
Whom I known from the last 10 years. Keith was a great neighbour at the lake. And he will be deeply missed . I watched him nearly every day putting muscle and care into providing a paradise for himself and Elaine. He taught me lots, and I apologize Keith for not following through all the time, I could only do so much. But thank you for your advice anyway.

So very sorry to hear of Keith’s passing. I sang at Elaine and Keith’s wedding and have known the family for many years. Keith’s mom was my mom’s very excellent friend and neighbour of many years. I will always remember Keith as a friendly, loving, and caring man. A good good man. xx

Sorry to hear this sad news. Although I did not know him well, I have memories of a genuine and friendly man when we would run into him at my Grandpa’s (Steve Kizlik). Thinking of you.

So very sorry to hear of Keith’s passing. I hadn’t seen Keith for a number of years. Usually saw him when picking up an order at his work place. My parents knew his parents for many years. We lived on the other side of Watt Street on Sydney Avenue when we were in school. Keith was 3 years older than me. He always told me my parents named me after him and then always smiled. Don’t know to this day if it was true or not. My older brother, Dennis, knew his sisters. Whenever I ran into Keith he was always happy and we loved chatting about our old friends from Sydney Avenue. Elaine and Susan, I am sure you have many memories of good times. Bless you all and rest in peace Big Keith. Little Keith
