Peacefully, on March 7, 2020 with family by his side, John passed away at East Gate Lodge, after having suffered a fall.

John is survived by his devoted wife, Catherine of 66 years; daughter Miranda (Walter); son Sanford (Gloria) and his two precious grandsons, Cody and Kyle; brother Roy Mikoluff (Bernice); sisters-in-law Bertha Mikoluff and Betty Kondratiuk; and nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Carrie; brothers, Walter, Bernest and Norman Mikoluff; and in-laws, Peter, Victoria and Adolph Kondratiuk.

John worked his entire life as a heavy-duty mechanic.  He loved to fish and spend time at the trailer at Dorothy Lake.

The family would like to thank the staff at East Gate Lodge, Shamrock Unit, Dr. N. Van Rensburg and Sobering Funeral Chapel for the care they provided .

Service will be held on Saturday, March 14 at 10:30 a.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour, MB.  Interment to follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Beausejour Hospital TV Fund or East Gate Lodge Recreational Department.
