December 11, 1926 to February 15, 2011

Mr. George Wurch, aged 84 years, beloved husband of Marie of Beausejour, MB passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at the Beausejour Hospital.

Besides his wife, he will be sadly missed by two daughters Janice of Ball, Louisiana, and Maralee (Darrell) Wurch of Beausejour; two sons Philip (Carolyn) and Andrew (Tracey) Wurch, all of Beausejour, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; six sisters Lillian, Rosie, Edna, Velma, Norma and Sadie, also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents Adolf and Wanda; four brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 19 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Ouens Country Church, St. Ouens, MB. with Rev. Darrell Wurch officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be held on Friday, February 18 from 7 – 9 p.m. at the church and prior to the service, also at the church.
