It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gabrielle Vincent on August 16, 2016 at the age of 94. She is survived by her 5 children; Bella Vincent, Jeanette Vincent (Jim), Linda Poitras, Donald Vincent (Lissa), Julie Lavoie (Willie). She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Gabie was predeceased by her parents, husband (Josephat), sisters; Marie and Maria, six brothers; Wilfred, Roland, Paul, Vic, Olivier and Joseph and grandchildren Kevin Poitras and Debra Houston. Leaving to cherish her memories are her two remaining sisters Eugenie Vincent and Antoinette Vincent.
Gabrielle was born in Storthoaks, Saskatchewan and moved to St. Georges, MB as a child. She remained and married Josephat Vincent on January 23, 1940 and they raised a family of five. She loved to decorate, sew and cook. Their loving home was open to all who came to visit. We want to give a special thanks to everyone and Sunnywood Manor for the love and care given to Gabie during her 8 year stay: and a big thank you to Annette Vincent and Debbie Richardson.
Mass of Resurrection will be on Saturday, August 20 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Georges Parish Church, St. Georges, MB.

I will miss my sweet gabby. She had so much love and spirit. I loved her so much. Iam so sorry i cannot be there with the family on saturday due to prior commitments. I am with you all in prayer. God bless
