It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Freda Petterson.
She was predeceased by her husband Carl Andrew, and son Perry. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her special friend Rody Munroe, children Carolyn (Philip), Bruce (Yvonne) and Brian (Marcia), her grandchildren and 1 great grandbaby.
A celebration of Freda’s life will be held on Wednesday, March 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour with viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in St. Ouen’s Cemetery. There will be a fellowship gathering following the interment in the Beausejour Room, Brokenhead River Community Hall.
If so desired, memorial tributes may be made to the cemetery in care of St. Ouens Pentecostal Church, Box 12, Grp 420, RR 4, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0.

Condolences for the family of “Freda Petterson”
Sending my condolences, prayers and thoughts to all of you at this time.
We are so sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you. We wish we could be there with you to celebrate your Mom’s life on Wednesday, but are out of Canada. Your Parents meant so much to us and to our Dad and Mom (Pastor Leonard and Dorothy Wurch) while they pastored the church in Brandon. Blessings to your family.
Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. We came to know your mom and dad, when we were newly married in Brandon in 1979-1980. Pray God’s comfort and peace for your family.
Our deepest sympathy to all; you are in our thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend the service tomorrow but know that you will be in our thoughts throughout the afternoon and in the days to come. May you feel God’s love and comfort.

So sad to hear about your mom Bruce, your folks always were great with me when I joined the church family. Made me feel right at home. Too bad it takes something like this to make us remember those who were important parts of our lives, but it is nice that we can fondly remember the good times as well.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. The loss of a family member is perhaps the hardest time in persons life. We can take comfort in the knowledge that our Creator knows our pain. 1 Peter 5:7 “throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.”

To the Petterson Family (Caroline, Bruce and Brian): In this difficult time as you say good bye to your mother, know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. On this day as you celebrate her life there will be lot of hugs, tears, memories and stories. Embrace the love surrounding you.
