June 4, 1936 ~ April 28, 2022
Frances Gladys Bukoski passed away peacefully after a strong battle at the Beausejour Hospital at a Golden Age of 85. Frances is survived by her children Gladys (Fred), Robert, Connie (Duane), Glen; Grandchildren Kelly, Jason, Ethan, London; her sister and best friend Violet and her brother Stanley.
Frances is predeceased by her husband Alfred and son Patrick along with brothers, John and Joe; sister Jean who have all gone before her to the heavens above.
In younger years, Frances enjoyed gardening, sewing, baking cinnamon buns, sugar donuts and made the best pizza, perogies and cabbage rolls. Bingo was her game, word search to pass the time and loved watching tv game shows always trying to solve the puzzles. Frances worked hard and always gave 125%. Frances had a sharp, feisty personality and had no problems giving you heck if she thought you needed it no matter who you were. She had a love for cats. Had nine lives herself battling all the health issues that came her way.
The family would like to thank our loving homecare providers Barb, Sheri, Janice, Joycelyn, Treasure, Diane and Nadine, along with her friend Clara at Armstrong Manor and many others for the wonderful care and support that helped Frances with her independent living.
Thank you to all the doctors & nurses at the Beausejour Hospital for all their kindness and compassion our family received.
Family wishes, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Beausejour Hospital TV Fund, Box 1614, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0.
Cremation has taken place. Please join us for a Double Celebration of Life for both our Mother Frances and our Brother Patrick who passed away December 4, 2021.
