1943 ~ 2022
Faye Kasprick passed away suddenly on Friday, July 15, 2022, at the age of 79 at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg.
Faye leaves behind her beloved husband of 60 years, Kenneth Kasprick, son Dwayne, daughter Kim (Greg), grandchildren Riley and Kaitlyn along with her sister Gayle Webb, many nieces and nephews, and friends. Faye was predeceased by her mother Eva, father Myril Schmaus and brother Donny Schmaus.
Faye was born in Minto Municipality, Manitoba and lived a short while in Clanwilliam and Minnedosa, then moved to Neepawa, and then resided with her husband and family in Winnipeg.
Faye went to Success College in 1962 and worked at Congdon Marsh Shoe Store from 1963-1970. She then did secretarial work at several schools in St. James from 1970-1993 until she decided to retire.
Faye enjoyed curling, crib, meat draws at the Legions, knitting, camping, music, travelling and entertaining. Faye had a great love for her grandchildren and will be greatly missed by everyone in the family and her many friends.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Pinawa Hospital for their care and compassion given to Faye.
As per Faye’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A service will not be held at this time.
