So very sorry to hear of the passing of my cousin Eleanor. I will miss her so very much. She was a sweet and caring person which showed in her involvement in the community and also family was very important to her. She was a member of the Selkirk Legion Ladies Auxiliary and did some volunteering at the Beausejour Day Lily Gardens. She was very involved in keeping family information and pictures. She would come to almost every funeral service of my immediate family, writing down any new information she discovered. Collecting family information I think was a passion of hers. My condolences again to the family. Eleanor, you are now together again with your best friend Fred. Goodbye, till we meet again.

Dale, John, James, Stephen, your families and friends. We are praying that God’s comforting arms of love and peace will surround you all in this time of grieving. I have lots of memories of Fred and Eleanor and you fellows too. You lived just a couple of houses down the St. Ouens Road from us, right beside the St. Ouens Church and of course across the road from your grandpa and grandma. May the good memories of Eleanor give you strength to continue your journey. Sincere condolences from Robert Wittmeier.

Thinking of Eleanor’s sons and their families and her siblings at this time of her passing. May you draw near to God as her mother, “Aunty Annie” as I always called her, would have wanted. In these hard times, may we focus on where we will spend eternity. Eleanor loved ancestry and compiled so much family history which I hope someone passes on to be shared.
