It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of their baby boy Dezzy on August 20, 2022.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his parents Lauren & Duran, his big brothers Kennon and Rylan, his sister and best friend Ensley, and his special grandparents Sarah and Kenneth.
He also leaves to mourn his passing, his grandpa Kirby, aunts Natasha and Tricia, cousin Zaylene, special aunts Tanis (Anthony), Lisa (Rob) and Gail (Maurice). Dezzy will also be missed by numerous special aunts and uncles, cousins and extended family whom adored him dearly.
Dezzy was a very happy baby. He loved being with his parents and brother Kennon, and especially loved spending time with his sister Ensley. He loved his daily visits at Kokum and Papa’s house. Going for car rides were always a favourite. He always loved getting comfy and cuddling momma, and love to “chill” with dad. He was the family’s pride and joy. He will always be remembered for his big sweet smile. He brought happiness to everyone’s day and everyone who met him instantly fell in love with him.
The family would like to thank the staff at Pine Falls hospital, STARS, and the staff in PICU at Winnipeg Children’s Hospital.
Wake services will start on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the residence of grandparents Sarah & Kenny’s (227 Tipi Road, Sagkeeng).
Funeral services will be at the Catholic Church on August 26, 2022 at 1 p.m.
