It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend on May 26, 2014 at Pinawa Hospital.
She will be missed by her beloved husband William Desmond; son Christopher; daughter Erin (Vince); grandson Berg Zabolotny; and her many friends.
Dawn was an amazing woman who held her family and friends close to her heart. She was a gifted craftswoman with needle and thread and took great joy in sewing works of art for all to admire and enjoy.
Special thanks to Dr. Bruneau and all the staff at Pinawa Hospital for taking such great care of Dawn and extending support to her family during her illness.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will take place on Friday, May 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lac du Bonnet Legion.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Pinawa Hospital Cancer Care.
