Darryl passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on October 28, 2015 at the age of 54.
Darryl is predeceased by his father Mike in 2009. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Myrna (nee Clarke), sisters Shelley and Glenda (Wayne), sons Trevor (Mandi) and Trent, grandchildren Talin and Venna, as well as a niece, nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Darryl was born in Bissett, MB and grew up in Lac du Bonnet. He spent most of his working life working for BJ Packers in Beausejour. He loved to watch Formula One racing and was a San Francisco 49ers fan.
A special thank you to the staff at Beausejour Hospital for all their care and compassion, to CancerCare Manitoba and Alynne, his special friend.
As per Darryl’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family funeral will take place at a later date.

Myrna , Trevor and Trent ,our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Darryl had such a uncanny sense of humor. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
My sincere condolences to Darryls family, relatives and friends. He was taken too early in life but now I’m glad he’s in the hands of our maker and is wam, comfortable and at peace. God bless you all, you’re in my thoughts and prayers. R.I.P Darryl.

Oh Darryl you will be missed ,,i miss our funny talks ,,reminicing,, bs’ing whatever we talked about was always a good laugh,,I will miss you when I come that way,,I am so sorry i never made it before you went to be with the Lord,,,Remember my nephew you were my friend as well as my nephew ,,somehow we could tell each other our problems ,,our secrets,,,just anything as along as we stayed connected. Sincere and loving thoughts are with your family at this sad time,, Know that we will always cherish your memory,,Rest in Peace ,,,
My Dear Cousin Darryl. I was so sorry to hear of your passing… Will miss the poker playing we did. I’m so glad you are now not suffering,, that you are now at peace. Just know that you are sorrowly missed here by all your family and friends,, but know you are with all our extended family and the Lord.. Until we meet again My Dear Cousin. May You Rest In Peace!!
