It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Dom Evenden on May 23, 2022 at the Pinawa Hospital.
Mom was predeceased by her husband Glen, daughter Sandy and sisters, Hazel and Janet.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son Bill (Lori) and daughter Judy (Garry). She will be missed by her grandchildren Jesse (Mim), Jared (Megan), Cailin (Steph), Brandy (Tyler) and Justin (Kelly) along with her nine great grandchildren; sister-in-law Sybil (Arch) and many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Dr. Clovechok and staff at the Pinawa Hospital for all the care and compassion shown towards our mother. We are also extremely grateful for the onsite staff at mom’s residence who helped her enjoy her past two years in Pinawa.
A Graveside Funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 8 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Vital Cemetery, 236 River Road, Winnipeg, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2 or a charity of your choice.
