Helen Eleanor Witzke (nee Baker)
Eleanor passed away on November 27, 2017 at East Gate Lodge at the age of 96. She was born in Cromwell, MB and baptized at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Beausejour. After marrying Harold in September of 1942, they farmed and raised a family in Golden Bay. Eleanor moved to Beausejour shortly after Harold passed away in 1985.
