To Gord, Jared and Ashley and Bernice’s Family we extend our most sincere sympathy. Bernice and I became friends in school and have maintained that friendship for all these years. I have so many treasured memories of our school years, our antics and all that we shared in our lives. After my marriage I moved away, but we were always in touch. I cannot even begin to count the hours we spent on the phone. Bernice was the best friend anyone could have and she was always loyal, kind and caring. You Gord and Bernice were so very supportive to my family and I through the loss of my parents. The picture you have chosen of Bernice is one I remember as if it was yesterday – her Wedding Day – the happiest day of her life. We, as are all of you going to miss her more than words can express. You are in our thoughts and our prayers. Cherish your memories of this very special and wonderful woman.

Our days on our parents farms, going to sunday school and church and family gatherings, are treasured memories. We will miss Bernice and her smiles. Bernice will be sadly missed. When she worked at Noonan House, my brother had a great fondness for her. She will be missed.

To all of Bernice’s Family: So sorry for your loss. I was unable to make it to the funeral, but know I was thinking of you all during that time.
I did not know Bernice well in later years, but fondly remember good times when younger.
Please take care and know she is your guardian angel now.
