John will always be remembered in a very special way by his numerous nieces and nephews, sisters and brothers in-law for his great generosity and the sharing of many family gatherings.
John began his career with Abitibi paper in 1963. In 1965 they moved to St. John, NB where he and Lillian lived and raised their children for 24 years. Having returned from a month o’seas I have only just heard of John’s passing and would like to give Lil and all the family my condolences at this sad time. John was my customer whilst working in Australia and New Zealand and I feel privileged to have met his acquaintance and, of course, you too Lil. John was a great man – always treated even the poor little “sales guys” with respect. I learned a lot from John and the memories of both business and pleasure – especially the Thurgoona Golf day – will always stay with me. Once again – my sincere condolences to you all.
