With much sadness, we announce Anne’s passing on November 23, 2021.
Anne was born February 1929, in Green Bay, Manitoba. She lived a good life and always believed in the Lord.
Anne was predeceased by her loving husband Eldon (They had over 40 wonderful years together); her parents Julius and Maria; sister Marge; brothers Rheinhold, Rudolf, Adolf, Emil, Fred, and Harry; brother-in-law Alex Rattai, and many sister-in-laws.
Anne will be missed by her sister and best friend of 88 years Esther; sister Helen; brothers Henry (Doreen), Edward (Alla), and Willie (Norma); sister-in-law Dorothy; Eldon’s daughters and their families, and many nieces, nephews and their families.
Anne was very special to all of us. She touched our hearts with her kindness and will remain in our hearts forever. Special thanks to the caring staff at East Gate Lodge, where Anne lived for the past 4 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Anne’s memory to the Beausejour Hospital T.V. Fund; Box 1614, Beausejour, MB, R0E 0C0, or East Gate Lodge Personal Care Home, Recreation Department; Box 1690, Beausejour, MB, R0E 0C0.
As requested by Anne, cremation has taken place. Due to COVID, a private family service by invitation only will be held.
