Dear Aunt Aggie’s family. How I remember both Aunt Aggie and Uncle Henry as a young boy and the many visits we had together with my mother MaryAnn Gatchell(Kehler). A couple years ago mom and I visited Aunt Aggie in Steinbach and I had the opportunity to ask her many questions about my Grandmother, Helena Kehler (Fehr). Aunt Aggie shared many stories of hardship while growing up and travelling from Mexico to Canada. She also gave me a copy of her book, “The Empty Chair”. I would like to say Thank you for sharing your stories and may you Rest in Peace.

Mary, Katie, Jake, Johnny and Ernie and your families.
Aunt Agatha and uncle Henry were the only family on my father’s side who always rememberd all of me and my family. Even though they all lived far away we felt close and loved by them.
Over the last many years we were so fortunate to have been able to visit at our place when Aunt Agatha could travel with Mary.
In 2010 when Michelle and I visited, we were welcomed and immediately made to feel at home with Aunt Agatha that warm hearted, caring lady. On top of that Mary and Katie drove all the way there and we had a great visit.
Leaving was so sad, especially not knowing if we would ever see each other again(on earth only of course!)
It is hard to describe her, but I think Michelle stated it best when she said,”Aunt Agatha is so precious”.
We are all sad and sorry to know she is gone, but Heaven is even more glorious now with 1 more soul gone home.
Bill, Stella, Michelle, Cindy, Angela, Adam and Melanie.
