Uncle Alex, Bonnie and Karl, I am so sorry for your loss. She was loved by so many and her love for you guys was so apparent in those last days. I was honored to spend that last week with her. It was a time filled with much laughter, tears, and prayer. What I wouldn’t do for one more week.
There will always be something missing with her gone but my comfort comes from knowing she’s with the Lord.

Dear Alex, Bonnie & Karl
We are so saddened by Marjorie’s passing. Marjorie was Norm’s friend for many years & I met her around 1960 at the Esmond Mills. From then, I met Norm at Marjorie’s house party. We married in 1964. It seems Marjorie was Norm’s 1st girlfriend!! We have always stayed long-distance friends, our son Steve being around the age of Bonnie & Karl.
So glad we went to visit last Sept./15 She & Alex welcomed us into their home so graciously. We were shown around the area & took many pictures, which we will cherish. We even went for dinner at the Casino & saw more of the area. So much chatting & reminessing . Marge gave me some of her favorite recipes & I gave her some of my tips. I am so happy we were able to have that time with them. Norm & Alex had such a good visit.
We never know what God holds in store for us, but guess we have to accept what is given us.
Enjoy your memories & take care all.

Brother (in the Lord) Alex: our sincere condolences and fervent prayers. Marjorie is “safe in the arms of Jesus!” No more pain! For her, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. For you, dear brother, yes, sorrow now, but not as those who have no hope. Oh! that grand reunion day will come so soon! – then how you two will rejoice together with the Father, Son and Spirit in that heavenly home!!!
May the “God of all comfort” continue to be your ever present Source! Love in Jesus!

Dear neighbour. You were quiet but kind. I am so sorry that your life had to end. Life is not always how we want.

Alex and family,
So sorry to hear of Marjorie’s passing. It was a shock as I didn’t know she was ill as we are not living in LdB anymore.
To me she was a very devoted person to her church and her faith.
May she be welcomed in heaven with open arms.

Dearest Alex, Bonnie and Karl,
We are so very sorry to hear of Marjorie’s passing. Words are inadequate to express the sorrow that you must be feeling right now, but the Lord knows your hearts and will comfort you.
We recall the family get-togethers we used to have, both in Quebec and in Manitoba. They were good times, and it was because of you that our family ended up moving to Manitoba. Thank you!
Marjorie will be missed very much by all of us and our prayers are with you and your families.
