1933 ~ 2014
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend, Oscar Papineau on Friday, June 13, 2014 at Pinawa Hospital at the age of 80.
He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 57 years Annette, his daughters Laurette (David) Sundstrom and Claudette Papineau, granddaughters Nicole Papineau and Tara Sundstrom, grandson Evan Sundstrom and great granddaughter Taylor Lavoie.
Special thanks to the staff and spiritual caregivers at Pinawa Hospital for all their care and compassion.
Prayers will be said on Tuesday, June 17 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Georges Roman Catholic Church. Mass of Resurrection will be on Wednesday, June 18 at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment will follow in the St. Georges Parish Cemetery.
