I was just informed that Cyril passed away. I had the pleasure of knowing Cyril from his efforts to develop Pinawa’s recycling program and facility. I wanted to send you my deepest condolences and let you know that I always found Cyril to be a wonderfully positive person who should be remembered for his significant contributions to protecting the environment in the Pinawa area. He often talked about his deep interest in protecting the environment for his grandchildren. Please know that he was well respected for his efforts.
Mike Fernandes, former senior manager of MPSC (the former provincial recycling organization).
