Sincere condolences to Jean’s family.
May the memories each of you shared with her throughout her life keep her close to your hearts.
I always enjoyed our pleasant conversations, whether it was at her place of employment(Food Fare) or when I met her anywhere in Beausejour.

I will always remember Jean when she came to babysit us as children and read us story books before we went to sleep – that alone made her my favorite babysitter because she took me into the world of imagination and wonder. Jean was a very caring and gentle soul. She had an infectious smile that made her shine and you couldn’thelp but smile along with her. Jean was a person that gave and never expected anything in return. If we were all gifted with even a little of Jean’s soul this world would be a better place. See you on the other side sweet Jean.

Condolences to Scholz family. I first met “Jeannie” when I started working at Food Fare in 1990. A few years later as the store Grocery manager she took me under her wing to train me to be the next store manager. Learnt a lot from her how to work hard & efficiently but most importantly to have a few laughs & treat hard working staff with tons of respect. I had some big boots to fill when she retired but continued on in her fashion until I left in 1999 to my current career. I still use those grocery skills she taught me to this day & realize what big part of my life she has played. Thank you Jean for everything you’ve done & the memories you’ve created.
