Clarence and family, our condolences. I met Donna through Busy Buddies Daycare where she was always a shining light, especially for Ross whom she met when he was two weeks old and held him all the way to St Boniface Hospital when he choked on milk. She continued to be his buddy during his years at Busy Buddies. Her humour, grace and professionalism were outstanding. People grow apart over the years but never leave a heart they have helped shape. Take care of yourselves. Love from Mary, Cindy, Marni, Kristee and Ross.

On behalf of my dad, Johnny Panas, my wife Huong, and my children Misty and Logan.
Auntie Donna was a cheerful lady who was full of life. Her wise life lessons came along with a knowing smile and a twinkle in her eyes. Whether it was a loving hug and kiss on the cheek or a funny story, she was always a delight to be around.
My mom (Jeanie) and dad (Johnny) were very close with their sister-in-law (Auntie Donna), and brother (Uncle Clarence) … which meant my brother (Corey) and I got to spend a LOT of time with our cousins (Michael and James). Just getting four growing boys to play without serious injuries was tough enough! Auntie Donna always had delicious meals for us … especially her famous meatballs! She held my head when I got carsick. She also made sure we rinsed dishes with very hot water before we dried them. I still think about my Auntie Donna’s wisdom every time I do dishes.
Auntie Donna was an incredible grandmother, mother, wife, sister-in-law, aunt, and great aunt. We hope the angels in heaven are with you. Please rest in peace, know that we miss you, and that we will always love you.

I think back at all the happy memories of spending time with Auntie Donna as a child, these are some of them. She introduced me to eating salad, I use to hate eating it, now I cannot get enough of it. I use to always bug her about the dangers of smoking, she never once told me to mind my own business or got mad at me for my opinion the the matter. I loved raiding the row of raspberry bushes in her garden, even though the seeds would get stuck in my teeth. Sleepovers with Micheal and James were fun, inside on bunk-beds or outside in the pop-up trailer, she always made sure that we had a snack and took a Flintstone vitamin, and brush our teeth before bedtime. She always remained a classy lady who grew up in town, even while wearing rubber boots covered with cow/chicken poop.
I will miss you Auntie Donna, you will be missed by all that knew and loved you. You leave the world behind a better place for your kindness, many friendships, and devotion to your family.
Love, your FAVORITE Nephew (this I am only assuming),
Corey
