Wishing God’s Peace for your family as we all remember, celebrate his life, and grieve the loss of Fred.
I served the farm as a representative of Enns Brothers and John Deere. In spending time with Fred, introducing new technology and equipment to the farm, we relied on each other, I provided the tech support while Fred was generous with his wisdom. As an outdoorsman, hunter, fisher, gardener, and farmer he was proud to provide for his family as well as others through his hard work.
His mind was sharp right until his last days, he didn’t forget, his will was iron clad, and his heart was warm!
We will miss Fred, asserting himself in the store, negotiating, refusing to let anyone take advantage of him. I’m thankful for the time I was able to spend with Fred, he will be remembered!

To the Koster Family: We would like to offer our sincere condolences to you. May you find strength in all the memories you have of Fred. I met Fred two times: One at Moose camp in Bissett and a couple weeks ago when I chauffeured Kara to the cabin at Winapago. Fred was always so full of life and interesting to talk to and share stories with. On the last visit he wanted to make sure that he shared every bit of information about the cabin and the Lake. RIP my Friend.
