To Valerie, David & Ryleigh, Terri & Tiffany, and the Skiba family & friends: I am so sorry to learn of Frank’s passing. My heart goes out to each of you. Frank & family were a big part of a chapter in my life where I treasure many wonderful memories. I’ll always remember Frank as a loving, caring, and thoughtful man who I had a lot of respect for. I remember that he always loved family gatherings, loved to tell us jokes, loved to laugh, and was always there to lend a helping hand or to lend a listening ear to anyone who needed it. What a great role model for my family. I know that he is going to be missed immensely.
May God hold you close, comfort you gently, and carry you through.
In prayer and sympathy,
Sending hugs to each of you

Our hearts and prayers go out to you Auntie Val, cousins Dave, Terri and family. Having heard of Uncle Franks passing has left a huge hole in our hearts. Uncle Frank was always such a positive, funny, and great person to be able to spend time with. The days we were able to get together and have a laugh, talk sports/fishing, have a beer together or any words of wisdom will never be forgotten. Forever in our hearts and in our prayers we love you Uncle Frank and Rest In Peace. The heavens have received a great man.

We would like to offer our deepest condolences and sympathy to my sister, Valerie, nephew David and Ryleigh and niece, Terri and Tiffany and all the Skiba family, their neighbors and friends on the passing of precious Frank. Frank is my brother-in-law and was the last living brother-in-law on my family’s side.
He will be greatly missed.
Frank always brought to my attention new research information about health issues and modern developments as he liked to share his findings. He remembered quite a few things about my past and he would bring these up. Sometimes I wish he had forgot certain of them but he got enjoyment in highlighting these events. One such memory comes to mind. It was as he watched me hemming a skirt in my younger years and kept encouraging me to keep upping the hemline and giving me advice. Well the skirt ended up being a mini skirt which I said I would probably not wear even though mini skirts were the in thing at the time. We had a good laugh about it all!
Frank had a sense of humor and I liked to share true stories with him and Valerie and the family about
things that happened to me when I was shopping and using public washrooms, on plane flights, staying in hotels on business trips and working up North. I think he thought I had nine lives like a cat!
Frank also shared some really funny stories as well and they were good ones.
We will remember him the way he was before he became ill. This will help to bring comfort to us.
Keep the precious memories of Frank tucked safely in the clefts of your hearts where the world cannot
steal or ever destroy them. May Jesus, our Lord, put His arms around you and give you comfort and peace and everlasting love and hope until you see Frank again.
Valerie you did an excellent job caring for Frank under very difficult conditions and you all need to rest now.
Jesus said “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” Matthew 5:4
Love always, Liz and Ivan, Jason and Heather, Rilynn and Camden
