June 15, 1943 ~ April 1, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who died peacefully at East Gate nursing home on April 1, 2021.
Florence is survived by her daughters Maureen (Bernie), Wendy (Barry), Charlotte (Don); her grandchildren Dawn (Leighton), Melissa (Glen), Eric (Megan), Nicole (Greg), Lisa (Bryan) and Richard and her great-grandchildren. Her sister Adeline and brother Bernie (Pat).
Florence was predeceased by her husbands, James MacLean and Frank Koeppel, her parents John and Bernice Komadowski, a brother Charles, and brother-in-law Roger Repar.
Florence was a gentle and caring woman that enjoyed the company of people. Mom cared for many people that required assistance during her working years. She always had a big smile on her face when her family were in her presence. Florence could be found anywhere people gathered. She enjoyed bingo, cribbage, crafts, music and conversation.
A special thanks to East Gate nursing home that cared for mom in her final year, your assistance was greatly appreciated.
A small family service was held and cremation will follow.
Offer Condolence for the family of Florence Koeppel (nee MacLean nee Komadowski)

My sympathy to the family of Florence, she was a very friendly lady. We grew up not far from each other in Tyndall and went to the same school, so have known each other for a long time. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. May she Rest Peacefully. Sylvia “ Bzdel “.
