1949 ~ 2020 Peacefully, on Thursday, November 12th, 2020, surrounded by family, Patricia Lorraine Hladki of Winnipeg, aged 71 years old, passed away at the Health Sciences Center. Patricia was born on July 29th, 1949 in Selkirk, Manitoba. Medical issues in her childhood caused her to lose her hearing and her ability to speak.
