1950 ~ 2015 Sadly on February 15, 2015 at Pinawa Hospital, Joanne Kirby peacefully passed away at the age of 64. She will be dearly missed by her mother Georgina Crouse, her cousins, dear friends Wendy, Neil and Joan and many others, as well as her special dog Sophie. Joanne spent 30 years working as a district clerk for Manitoba Conservation. She dedicated her life to her work and caring for her mother. 1924 ~ 2015 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Isabel Smith on March 7, 2015. Isabel was born in Clear Lake, Manitoba on November 24, 1924 where she grew up on the family farm. She enlisted as a Wren with the Women’s Royal Canadian Naval Service in 1943 and after serving her country, she returned to study as a Registered Nurse at the St. Boniface Hospital School of Nursing.
