BILL KOWALCHUK July 18, 1944 – August 31, 2011 Bill passed away peacefully at the age of 67. He is survived by his loving wife Judi, son Todd, step-daughter Renee (Tony), granddaughter Teagan, brother George (Joan), numerous nieces and nephews.
