Our Everlasting Date
Here I am Betty,
Hope you didn’t mind the wait,
Had a few things to do
Before meeting you at The Pearly Gate.
I was getting a little tired,
And missed you oh so much,
There was in me a yearning
To feel your tender touch.
Now we are together,
To fulfill our loving fate,
Joined Heart to Heart, On
Our Everlasting Date.

Jack my Friend you did so much in Volunteering around Beausejour and now it was my time to Help a Special Person as Yourself…I enjoyed our evening when I took care of you for several months. We play Crib & listened to Elvis music the Smile on your face said it all. When we played crib I pretended my count of my hand was off but you caught me every time lol. I loved you everyday that went on. Going Miss You Jack R.I.P. A Great Mentor

Sending Tammy, Patti, & Scott big hugs! I will remember your dad when I look at the well he crafted for a draw at our work Tammy. You all should be proud of him as he drove people stricken with cancer to the city for their treatments, including my own husband at one point in time. Maybe Jim & Jack can shoot the breeze up in heaven!

To Jack’s family……….we are sorry for your loss…fondly remember Jack and (my aunt) Betty (like two teenagers) sharing their little farm and hobbies, with Jack making more shelves for Betty’s dolls… Jack always had a smile and a gentle touch, not to mention a good cook! Nice to read of his helping ways for others. We hope he and Betty are together again. Share the happy memories…his work on earth is done.

Our most Sincere Condolences to Aunt Donna, Pat Scott and Tammy, on behalf of the Shanoha Family our Dad Peter (passed away July 9, 2012) and Uncle Jack’s buddy since they were little boys in school. Dad and Uncle Jack kept in touch most of their lives right into marriage and family. Jack and Donna were Uncle and Auntie to us kids. We didn’t know any different. Many years later into marriage Denise moved to Vivian Man and my Dad knew Uncle Jack lived in Beausejour. Dad put me on a mission to find him and I did and their friendship was reunited at Denise’s home in Vivian Man. Denise worked for Homecare at Armstrong Manor in Beausejour at the time. I was tending to one of the residents at the manor only to see in big letters “Jack Knight” and a phone number. I asked a few questions about Jack and they described him to a T. I called the number and yes it was Jacks voice. We met and reacquainted and the surprises just kept coming. I took on a job for Golden Grain only to find Uncle Jack was on their board of director’s. My goodness so Uncle Jack was going to once again be in our lives, this time my life. Uncle Jack, I miss seeing you around town usually Co-op coffee shop, or walking to Beau Head Seniors. Jack was always out and about in Beausejour. I miss you Uncle Jack. May you Rest In Peace. Love The Shanoha Family; Yvonne Brian Denise Wayne Ronald
